Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo has been published as an author, and she is also a performer. Her career began in the soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she played a variety of supporting roles on the primetime television. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in the Bronx area of NY) is an American actor and a singer. Navedo began her professional acting career on soaps that aired in the daytime. In 1995-1997, she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. She was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera on CBS from 1999 to 2000, as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she made her debut in film with a minor role in Girl 6. She then was seen as a character in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo was in Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo was a part of NBC's crime drama Law & Order for a frequent role as detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of movies, such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 to 2013. Superfast! was her first film. The film that parodies The Fast and the Furious series came out in 2015. Navedo launched her career as an actor in soap operas that aired during time of daytime. Between 1995 and 1997, Navedo was Linda Soto in ABC's One Life to Live. She joined CBS's Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was a minor role in Girl 6 (1996). She then guest-starred on seasons of New York Undercover, The District and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001.
